Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) has been developed
in the early 1970s due to the need of growing ever more pure layers
of mono crystalline compound semiconductor structures with extremely
sharp interfaces. Since that time MBE systems have become a mature
tool used in high volume production mainly in the field of optoelectronics
(e.g. laser products) and high frequency electronics (e.g. HEMT's).
MBE R&D systems are widely used in the development of sophisticated
electronic and optoelectronic devices, magnetic superlattices, photovoltaic
structures, new oxide layers for high-k materials and many other topics
in research. EpiServe is exclusive agent for RIBER Molecular Beam Epitaxy products, ADDON by RIBER Effusion cells, Selenium effusion cells and MBE Components for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (german speaking part), LayTec optical sensors for Europe and Intercovamex PVD systems, sputter systems, evaporation systems, customer specific vacuum systems for Germany, Austria, Switzerland (german speaking part), Lichtenstein RIBER
supplies products for Molecular Beam Epitaxy such as MBE systems,
MBE production systems, MBE research systems, MBE components
Furthermore we are able to deliver many
MBE components such as for Rheed Oscillation, gas injectors, custom
made molybdenum parts, substrate holders, residual gas analysis, RHEED
